Exercise Commitment

I know, I know, I've blogged like a crazy woman today but I have ONE more. If I put it off until tomorrow, I will probably chicken out of what I'm about to do. I am going to make a commitment to all who read this blog (including my husband and myself). I, SheRoos, promise to exercise for at least twenty minutes, 5 days a week until January 1, 2009. Whew, I did it. Now I'm committed. For every day that I exercise, I will put a shiny star on my calendar. Are there any of you out there willing to join me for a challenge? Misery enjoys company.

Honey, I've tried that but it lasted probably a month and that was the end. I have been on and off the commitment. I would do it with you but I don't know if I would follow through. hehe ;)

Way to commit. Not that you need to because you look so great! I can't believe you had a baby 4 months ago and you look awesome!!! For real. You are Smokin!

I am so with you. I'm going to try to do at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. I've got to use the new gym in our building. Are you going to reward yourself for good behavior like I am?

Any time you want to go walking just let me know... we can meet at a park and power walk... that should be a full body workout--pushing strollers will take care of our arms. :)

I'm not promising anything until the 29th, when Hayden has his first full day of school. Or when the treadmill makes it up from the basement, whichever happens first.

Breathtaking sunset photo. Ummm I'll have to get back with you on the excercisng committment. I know they have patches for people with addictions. But have you heard of a patch I could get to cure laziness? Besides what will I throw my clothes on if I start using my treadmill??? But you go girl and I wish you success on your ambitious endeavor.(Yes I do need a role model!) Love you, G.R.
