Let the Shedding Begin!

One of the great things about pregnancy is that my hair doesn't shed. I love not having to clean clumps of hair out of the drain for a few months. Now that I've given birth, my hair is shedding once again. Gross!

One of the not so great things about pregnancy (especially this time around) is the weight gain. So, it's shedding time- time to shed my hair AND fat! If you have any healthy recipes, favorite work-outs, or words of motivation, feel free to pass them along. I'm doing cheek exercises as I type (and I'm not talking about the cheeks that I smile with). Wish me luck!

You are so funny. I too lost tons of hair after pregnancy. I am surprised I am not bald. However the other really doesn't seem like and issue to me. You look great!

I've loved the Hungry Cookbooks (bought at Target) one of them is called something like - 200 recipes under 200 calories. I've also signed up for her daily email blasts and discovered several great and tasty recipes that way.

That is one of the things I like about pregnancy is not losing hair in the shower..I'm with ya on that! I really like doing a DVD I got called "Pilates after Pregnancy." It's hard to do at first but when I stuck with it and was consistent, I was able to lose the 50 lbs I gained with my first baby! I've used it after every pregnancy and love it. Although, I'm sure you look great!!!

You are a hoot. I'm trying to shed too. I shed my hair, now I need to lose the boobs & butt. It sounds so much easier than actually doing it.
